These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, participation in, and use of paid products, promotional services, sponsorships, tools, applications, and related offerings provided by Raisability (“Raisability,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms are separate from and supplemental to Raisability’s Terms of Use, which govern access to free editorial content and general website usage.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any paid Services, you agree to these Terms.
Raisability provides media-based services, which may include:
Founder promotional campaigns
Sponsored content and advertising placements
Newsletter sponsorships
Editorial features and interviews
Access to proprietary frameworks, tools, or applications (including future products)
Raisability provides media exposure and content services only.
Raisability does not:
Act as a broker-dealer, funding portal, or intermediary
Provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice
Solicit investments or engage in securities sales
Receive transaction-based or success-based compensation
Participation in Raisability Services does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or validation of any issuer, company, or offering.
Raisability is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities authority.
Raisability makes no guarantees regarding:
Capital raised
Investor interest or engagement
Traffic, impressions, conversions, or performance
Media reach or audience behavior
Business, financial, or fundraising outcomes
All Services are provided on an “as available” and “best efforts” basis.
If you are a founder, issuer, or sponsor (“Client”), you represent and warrant that:
All submitted materials are accurate and not misleading
All claims comply with applicable laws and securities regulations
Promotional content aligns with official offering materials
You have the legal right to distribute all provided materials
You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance.
Clients acknowledge that:
Raisability does not participate in Regulation A or Regulation Crowdfunding offerings
All investments must occur on registered platforms
Raisability does not verify disclosures or perform due diligence
Raisability does not assist with investor solicitation or “testing the waters”
Any reference to an offering is strictly editorial or promotional in a media context.
Raisability retains sole discretion to:
Edit content for clarity, formatting, and compliance
Add disclosures, disclaimers, or labels
Reject, pause, or remove content
Decline Services that present legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
Raisability may terminate Services if continued publication creates compliance concerns.
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
No refunds are provided for perceived performance or outcomes
Failure to utilize purchased Services does not entitle Client to a refund
Pricing reflects media placement and production, not results.
Clients grant Raisability a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials solely for providing the Services.
Raisability retains all rights to its editorial content, frameworks, branding, and tools.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Submitted materials may be published publicly
Raisability is not obligated to treat submissions as confidential
Non-public business information should not be submitted
Raisability may terminate or suspend Services:
For breach of these Terms
For legal or regulatory risk
For reputational or compliance concerns
Termination does not obligate Raisability to issue refunds unless required by law.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Raisability from any claims, losses, damages, investigations, or regulatory actions arising from:
Client’s content or representations
Client’s offering or business
Client’s violation of law or regulation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raisability shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services.Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raisability operates.
