This Founder Promotion Agreement Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to any founder, issuer, or company (“Founder”) that purchases or participates in promotional services through Raisability.
By participating, Founder agrees to the following:
Founder acknowledges:
Raisability does not endorse or recommend the Founder or its offering
Promotional services are media placements only
Raisability does not participate in fundraising or securities sales
Founder represents and warrants that:
All submitted information is accurate and not misleading
Promotional materials comply with applicable securities laws
No false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims are made
All statements are consistent with official offering materials
Founder understands that:
Raisability is not a funding portal or broker
All investments must occur on registered platforms
Raisability does not solicit investments
No transaction-based compensation is paid
Raisability does not receive compensation tied to the success, size, or outcome of any offering.
Raisability reserves the right to:
Edit content for clarity and compliance
Add disclosures and disclaimers
Reject or remove content at its discretion
Founder agrees to indemnify Raisability from any claims, investigations, or regulatory actions arising from Founder’s content or conduct.
Raisability makes no guarantees regarding:
Investor interest
Traffic, conversions, or funding success
Media performance
This Addendum is governed by the same laws as the Terms of Service.
